Cancellation of Registration:
Cancellations must be in writing to the Institute Conference Registrar and postmarked by Friday, June 26, 2009.No verbal cancellations are accepted. No cancellations may be reinstated. All cancellations requested to be reinstated will be handled as a new registration, subject to the conditions at the time the registration is requested. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be allowed after June 16th. Send notification to:
