PLEASE NOTE: This year a variety of in-depth trainings are offered. These trainings have various start and end times and some additional fees. Please select your schedule carefully to ensure your sessions are not overlapping and you are not charged for something you do not wish to attend.

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations must be in writing to the Institute Conference Registrar and postmarked by Friday, July 25, 2008.No verbal cancellations are accepted. No cancellations may be reinstated. All cancellations requested to be reinstated will be handled as a new registration, subject to the conditions at the time the registration is requested. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be allowed after July 25th. Send notification to:

Substitutions
Substitutions are accepted through Friday, August 8, 2008. Substitutions must be in writing and sent to the address or fax number listed above.
