The Institute moves to Dallas this year to accommodate Institute growth. Under the theme, “Knowledge in the Neighborhood: Partnerships to Healthy Communities,” this year’s 2008 Institute seeks to increase mental health and substance abuse prevention and treatment knowledge and skills to support healthy communities.
